Minimum Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS)
  • Up-to-date safeguarding and child protection qualifications and experience

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Outstanding classroom practitioner
  • Energetic, passionate, and committed to raising standards
  • Initiative-driven with excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Preferably experienced in working with students with SEMH and additional needs
  • Knowledgeable about educational developments
