GSL Education are delighted to collaborate with a SEN school in St Austell who are actively searching for a dynamic Teacher of English to join their team for a long-term position starting in September.

Our school community is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teacher to join our team.
You will need to plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons adapting teaching strategies and materials to meet the diverse learning needs and abilities of students with SEN, including autism, dyslexia, ADHD, and other learning challenges.

Requirements:

Hold a recognized teaching qualification, such as Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), specializing in English or a related discipline.
Demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for English language and literature, instilling a love for learning in students and inspiring them to reach their full potential.
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/guardians.
Maintain an unwavering commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, ensuring adherence to all safeguarding procedures and background checks.
