Position: Primary School Teacher. (Multiple Subjects)

Location: Crewe, Chesire East.

Start Date: September 2024

Role Overview:

They are seeking a qualified Primary School Teacher with a genuine passion for working with SEN students. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to meet the individual needs of our students, fostering their academic, social, and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and deliver differentiated lessons to meet the diverse needs of SEN students.

* Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.

* Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to ensure holistic support for students.

* Implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies.

* Assess student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents.

* Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities.

REQUIREMENTS

* QTS (or equivalent qualification)

* A passionate teacher and a great communicator

* Being comfortable talking to children and young people

* Help to build caring relationships

* Ability to liaise with fellow professionals

* Sharing information in both formal and informal situation.
