SEN KS1 Teacher
Location: Crewe
Hours: 8:30am - 4pm (Monday to Friday)
Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic SEN KS1 Teacher to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience working with children with special educational needs, an enhanced DBS and the ability to teach a variety of subjects.

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, deliver, and assess a broad and balanced curriculum for KS1 students with special educational needs
* Create and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Develop and adapt teaching materials to meet the individual needs of students
* Monitor and record student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and carers
* Collaborate with other teachers, support staff, and external professionals to enhance student learning and development
* Implement individualised education plans (IEPs) and support strategies
Requirements:
* Minimum of one year of experience working in an SEN environment
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Enhanced DBS
* Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and experience in teaching a variety of subjects
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Patience, empathy, and a commitment to supporting students with special educational needs
