Semi Skilled Labourer

1. Assist skilled tradesmen on construction sites.

2. Operate hand and power tools under supervision.

3. Carry out basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, and other tasks as required.

4. Clean and prepare work areas.

5. Follow health and safety regulations at all times.

- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.

- Basic knowledge of construction tools and techniques.

- Physical stamina and strength to handle manual tasks.

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not essential.

- Understanding of health and safety regulations.

- Good communication skills.

- Ability to learn on the job and adapt to various tasks.

- Relevant vocational training or certification.

- Work primarily on construction sites in varying weather conditions.

- May require lifting heavy materials and working at heights.

- Full-time hours with potential for overtime.
