Pay

£16.00 per hour

We URGENTLY require Semi Skilled Joiners for our Offsite and Modular Construction client based in the Driffield area.

The Opportunity

Semi Skilled Joiners are required to work on a 6 to 12 month contract basis possibly leading to a perm position for suitable candidates

About the role

Semi Skilled Joiners are required to join a forward thinking Modular/Offsite business that is expanding rapidly with work up to 2025 and beyond.

The main duties will be:

* Measuring and cutting timber

* Using various joinery tools

* Stud Wall Construction

* Marking up timber walls

* Plaster Boarding

* Snagging

* 1st fix joinery duties

* Basic Floor Laying and Roofing

* General labouring duties

Qualifications/and or Experience

* Minimum 1 year semi-skilled joinery experience

* Ideally NVQ level 1 or and 2 in Joinery and Carpentry

* Strong Attention to Detail

* The ability to work under pressure.

* Can work as part of a team.

* Can work if needed alone and unsupervised.

* Ideally Modular Construction experience but not essential

* Punctual, Reliable and a Hard Worker
