We URGENTLY require Semi Skilled Joiners for�our Offsite and Modular Construction client based in the Driffield area.

The Opportunity

Semi Skilled Joiners are�required to work on a 6 to 12 month contract basis possibly leading to a perm position for suitable candidates

About the role

Semi Skilled Joiners are required to join a forward thinking Modular/Offsite business that is expanding rapidly with work up to 2025 and beyond.

The main duties will be:

• Measuring and cutting timber


• Using various joinery tools


• Stud Wall Construction


• Marking up timber walls


• Plaster Boarding


• Snagging


• 1st fix joinery duties


• Basic Floor Laying and Roofing


• General labouring duties

Qualifications/and or Experience

• Minimum 1 year semi-skilled joinery experience


• Ideally NVQ level 1 or and 2 in Joinery and Carpentry


• Strong Attention to Detail


• The ability to work under pressure.


• Can work as part of a team.


• Can work if needed alone and unsupervised.


• Ideally Modular Construction experience but not essential


• Punctual, Reliable and a Hard Worker
