Semi-Senior Accountant – Creative Division
About the Role:
Join the Music and Entertainment department as a Semi-Senior Accountant at this incredible firm. If you have around 2 years of accounting experience and are ready to progress, this role is for you. Working closely with the Director, Manager, and Assistant Manager, you'll handle diverse financial tasks and support our creative clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage client bookkeeping, accounts payable, and receivable.
Address basic client and booking agent queries.
Handle tour accounting and withholding tax.
Raise and forward sales invoices.
Oversee monthly payrolls and review junior team members' work.
Prepare financial updates, VAT returns, and year-end accounts.
Coordinate with non-UK accountants and business managers.
Qualifications and Experience:
AAT qualified or ACCA/ACA part qualified.
2 years in an accounting environment; music industry experience is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks/Xero.
Strong multitasking, detail-oriented, and communication skills.
