Our client are seeking a Semi-Senior Accountant, who is qualified AAT, with 2 to 3 years post-qualification experience or qualified by experience. Experience in preparing accounts for companies, partnerships, and sole traders, along with audit experience. You will be working in a small team, reporting to a Client Accounts Manager.

About the role
- Working on a varied client portfolio
- Managing relationships with clients and contacts
- Preparing accounts for both incorporated & unincorporated entities
- Preparing management accounts as required
- Managing bookkeeping for clients and completion of VAT returns as necessary
- Undertaking audit work including planning, fieldwork, and completion
- Strong skills working with spreadsheets such as Excel
- Ability to work with accounting software such as QuickBooks
- Ability to present complex accounting information in an easy-to-understand format
- Excellent arithmetic and mathematical skills
- Ability to delegate tasks
- Leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team to produce results
- Excellent customer service and client satisfaction skills
