Self-Storage Store Manager
Salary: up to 37,000 + bonus Location: West London We are seeking a dynamic sales driven Self Storage Store Manager to join a growing Self Storage company. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the self-storage facility, including managing daily operations, maximising occupancy rates, facility upkeep, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the self-storage facility, including opening and closing procedures, facility maintenance, and security protocols. Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain customers, ensuring high occupancy rates and maximising revenue. Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner. Conduct regular inspections of the facility to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies and procedures. Manage rental agreements, process payments, and maintain accurate records of customer accounts. Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a management role, preferably in the self-storage industry or a related field. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach. Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and property management software. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.
