The recruitment of an exceptional operator will be critical to this pubs success. We need someone who can confidently take the helm and lead a new team into the next stage of its success story. Not only will you have consistently high standards, but you will also be able to manage and train a large team. You will inspire and motivate them to follow your perfectionism and attention to detail. We need an operator with high volume food experience alongside honed social media skills. Storytelling on digital channels will be essential to reach a new audience with your premium offering.
