A growing Financial Advice firm are looking to take on a new Financial Adviser to inherit a book of business circa £15m AUM (circa 60 clients). This is a role for someone who would class themselves as more of a ‘Farmer’ than a ‘Hunter’, but they still expect the book to develop organically over time.

Other Advisers in the firm are averaging £140k written revenue, across 100 clients each, most of which they inherited.

Overview:

As this is a Self-Employed position, its completed flexible working hours with no requirements to visit the office. All admin support covered including packs completed.

Financially these splits are very favourable, with 50-50 for clients inherited and new business splits start at 70 / 30 for the first £100k, then increasing from there.
You need to have recent experience working as a Financial Adviser to be considered, and a book of business, no matter what size, will always help you earn more. However, this is not a requirement to be considered, people without a book of business will still be interviewed.

To be considered you will need to be Diploma qualified (Level 4 and above)
Financials:

Realistically it will take 3 months to build up a pipeline of money coming in, therefore the expected earnings for year 1 are £40-50K. However this increase to £80K+ in year2 and £100K+ in year 3.
Obviously the OTE will be more if you have clients to bring with or have more success with new business.
