Self Bill Recruitment Consultant

Berry Recruitment are seeking the best talent in Romford, Essex to join our existing team as an Self Bill Recruitment Consultant in our award winning Romford branch.

You will be supporting, building and maintaining a potentially very busy self Bill desk, concentrating within the Catering and Hospitality sector.

We work with a number of clients that have daily staffing requirements across different platforms. You will be responsible for the full recruitment process. Sourcing candidates, ensuring they are compliant and placing them within short term or long term temporary assignments across Essex.

Some of the main duties are as follows

- Build the current client base

- Service the current client with providing fantastic customer service and expereince

- Building relationships with both Candiadtes and Clients

- Candidate registration

- Responsibility of compliance requirements

- Sales

- Completing audits

- Placing job vacancies

- All aspects of general administration

The successful applicant shall be joining a busy, consistently performing office, The ideal applicant will need to be able to work at an enjoyable pace within a lively fun office environment and most importantly have a desire to achieve a high annual income.
