Security Supervisor

JOB TITLE: SECURITY SUPERVISORLOCATION: CHELTENHAMSHIFT PATTERN: 42/PER WEEK DAYS & NIGHTS AS PER ROTA, 42 hours per weekPAY RATE: £12.50 per hourABM UK is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team in ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their premises. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team of security officers and overseeing the delivery of security services to the highest standards.Your main duties will include: Supervising and leading a team of security officers, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures Monitoring and patrolling assigned areas to detect and deter any security breaches or suspicious activities Responding to incidents and emergencies, taking appropriate action as necessary Maintaining accurate records and writing incident reports Conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients To be successful in this role, you should have: Previous experience in a security supervisory role Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent knowledge of security procedures and practices Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guard license First Aid and Fire Safety qualifications are desirable If you are a proactive and reliable individual with a passion for security, we would love to hear from you.
