We do our best and then do a little bit more, every time.Our VisionTo be a trusted partner for Security solutions through intelligence, innovation, and influence.Reward and Benefits £13.25 per hour 42 hours per week 12 hour shift pattern, 4 on / 4 off; working 18:30pm - 06:30amnights only Up to 28 days paid holiday (site and shift dependant) Recognition rewards Access to 24/7 employee support line Eye test voucher Earn an extra bonus through recommend a Friend Scheme, no limit The OpportunityWe are looking for an experienced Security Supervisor to supervise the security staff at one of our most prestigious sites in the Cambridge area.You will be responsible for acting as the first point of contact for staff, visitors, and contractors, and be an integral part of the security team.Your duties include (but are not limited to): Foot patrols, internal and external Check all alarms are active on fire doors Control room duties and CCTV Control access and egress Checking building lone worker / visitor forms Checking fire alarm panels for faults or disablements Gatehouse responsibilities Full in-house training will be provided.Essential Skills and Experience Valid UK Driving Licence Valid SIA Licence Right to work in the UK and a five-year checkable history with enhanced vetting Punctual and reliable Passionate about creating an expectational customer experience Knowledge of the MS packages (excel, word, outlook) Highly intuitive with a curious mindset Highly presentable in line with our corporate brand Resilient and pro-active in your work We are DardanDardan is a people focused, privately owned specialist security company.
