Job Description: Security Consultant
Location: Leeds
Salary: £35k-£40k

Our client in the Fire & Security sector is expanding and urgently seeks a dynamic Security Consultant. This field-based role is crucial for driving sales and fostering client relationships within a defined geographical area.

Responsibilities:

Proactively sell a comprehensive portfolio of fire and security solutions, including CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarms, to both new and existing clients within your territory.
Source and develop new business opportunities while maximising opportunities from the existing customer base.
Identify cross-selling opportunities across all products and services.
Maintain a target-driven mentality with a strong focus on achieving clear goals and objectives.
Demonstrate determination, resilience, and a dedication to being customer-focused.
Exhibit strong organisational and planning skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to persuade and close sales.Objectives:

Achieve or exceed sales installation OV targets.
Maintain accurate and prompt CRM records (including diaries).
Maintain regular liaison with identified key influencers.
Proactively research, identify, and convert new business opportunities.
Ensure accurate records of all customer/influencer activity within SalesForce.
Optimise cross-selling activity of all related fire & security products.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in conjunction with the sales manager.
Provide reliable and accurate sales forecasts to the sales manager.
Fully manage a portfolio of existing customers and be solely responsible for sales generation from those accounts.Requirements:

Previous experience in a Sales/Business Development role within the Security industry.
Excellent knowledge of CCTV, Access Control & Intruder Alarms.
Strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset with a hunger to succeed.
Knowledge and experience in security sales.
Ability to achieve or exceed Recurring Revenue and Key Response Targets.Package:

£35k-£40k basic & car (or allowance) + uncapped commission, with an OTE of £60k+ per annum.
