Security Officer

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Security Officer to join our team in Greenford, London!You'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our multiple sites through proactive monitoring, access control, and emergency response.Your responsibilities will include:Proactively monitor security systems (CCTV, access control) and respond to alerts.Conduct regular patrols of facilities and ensure adherence to safety protocols.Manage access control procedures and issue temporary passes.Respond to emergencies, including fire alarms and medical incidents.Report incidents and maintain detailed records.Supporting the Shipping & Receiving Department with collections, when necessary.Covering the reception desk, when necessary.What you’ll bring to the role:Demonstrable experience in a similar role with valid security training and first aid certification.Experience in a similar multi-site environment.Experience using security technologies (CCTV, access control).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.Team player with a commitment to safety and professionalism.Flexibility for working a rotational shift pattern, including weekends and night shifts.If you're ready to make a difference, we want to hear from you!
