Key Responsibilities:
To be able to Work well within a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, report writing, near Miss reporting
Be proactive as well as reactive as and when required
Ability to motivate and inspire team members
Be well presented with a professional manner
Problem analysis and problem-solving
Be able to respond and work well under pressure
Ensuring all H&S policies are adhered to
Frontline Security Guarding or Door Supervision SIA licence
Have the knowledge and physical ability to use fire extinguishers and other emergency equipment if required
Fully comprehensive 5 year work/education history; including full company names, addresses and landline contact numbers
Must be punctual
A commitment to providing first class customer service is essential
Security procedure knowledge
The ability to act in a decision-making capacity
Requirements:

Valid SIA Licence
You must have a Driving Licence
Commitment to providing first class customer service
Good verbal and written communication
Fully comprehensive 5-year work/education history
Excellent attention to detail
