Employment type: Permanent, full-time
Location: Macclesfield, mobile field-based role (Cheshire Region)
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: �35,000-�38,000 p.a. depending on experience + Van + Fuel Card + Overtime. Pay is door-to-door.
On-Call: On-Call 1 in 5 weeks.

My client is a leading provider of Security Systems & Access Controls who offer a vast range of solutions to multiple industries.
An exciting opportunity has opened for a Security Engineer to join our client's team on a permanent basis. As a Security Engineer, you will be responsible for the commissioning and servicing of various security systems, including CCTV and Access Controls.
Example of Responsibilities:

• Commission security systems, including wireless transmission (training provided as necessary).
• Address reactive and scheduled service fault calls, as well as small works.
• Participate in formal manufacturer, Health & Safety, and other relevant training.
• Engage with Clients, sub-contractors, and key stakeholders during project installations.
• Collect all commissioning information and aid in formulating O&M's.
• Provide support for technical site issues and assist fellow engineers and colleagues as needed.
• Offer support for second-tier standby, subject to prior agreement.

Essential skills:

• Full UK driving licence with flexibility to travel to client sites across Cheshire.
• Demonstrate proficiency in IP and IT
• Experience with Synectics, Dallmeier, PAC Cloud, GDX, Siklu Wireless (training available) would be advantageous however not essential.
• Preferably experienced in public space CCTV.
• Possess CSCS, ECS, or equivalent qualifications.
• Preferably hold an IPAF license.
