Security / Alarm engineerStatusVacancy LiveSalary/Rate£40000 - £45000/annumLocationLondon / East / South / Greater / EssexPosted02/02/2024CompanyBuchan and London RecruitmentDescriptionJOB DESCRIPTIONPosition: Security / Alarm Engineer £40,000.00-£45,000.00 plus BonusLocation: East London, Central London & South EssexServicing, Maintenance, Installation & Commissioning of Access Control Systems, CCTV and Intruder AlarmsKey Job Responsibilities· Servicing, Maintenance of Access Control Systems, Intruder Alarms and CCTV· Experience and knowledge of Emergency Lighting would be advantageous· Working to the company's stringent maintenance and installation specifications· The ability to confidently and clearly deliver on-site customer training· Carry out corrective and preventative maintenance of security systems (and emergency lighting)· Installation & Commissioning of Intruder, CCTV and Access Control SystemsJob Requirements :· Demonstration of a good background and level of experience of working within the security sector· Working knowledge of different manufacturers and systems eg: Texecom, Pyronix, Galaxy, Hik-Vision, Dahua, Paxton, PAC, Entrotec amongst others· Good hands-on ability for 1st fix cabling / containment· Clear understanding of Networking / IP addressing· Good working knowledge of BS5839· Full/clean driving license· Electrical background would be advantageousJob Type: Full-time Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pmSalary: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per annum negotiable dependant on experience and skillsetBenefits:· Company Van· Uniform and PPE· Full Tools/Equipment Issue· Mobile and Laptop· 25 days holiday (increasing to 30 after 5 years service)· Company Pension· Ongoing training programme· Bonus/Commission Scheme
