The role will be multi-facetted including:Raising Ramboll’s profile and reputation in the Healthcare sector both nationally and internationallyNetworkingB2B’sThought leadershipSector panels and institutionsIn the Healthcare sectoridentifying and tracking opportunitiesnational and Internationalsingle service line and multi-disciplinaryconverting to appointed projectsLeading large multi-disciplinary project teams to successfully deliver healthcare projectsInfluencing colleagues to build their careers in the sectorcoachingmentoringrecruitmentInfluencing the continued evolvement of Ramboll’s technical delivery teams-innovationdigital advancesproject deliverysustainable designlow energy / zero carbon designpost occupancy client careYour key responsibilities will include:Understanding the Healthcare sector on a national level and any connected policies and sector trendsUnderstanding investment strategies and the key clients, stakeholders, and related activity in the Healthcare sectorBeing a point of contact within the organisation when information is required related to the sectorUnderstanding and having an overview of Ramboll’s national portfolio of activity with a general understanding of key clients, projects, and opportunitiesParticipate in and where required manage large tenders or proposalsContributing with industry best practice and/or client insights in the bidding, winning and execution of projectsIdentifying competencies within Ramboll and deploying these to projects, to ensure that we meet, and exceed, our client’s expectationsApply your expertise to make a lasting impactThis role calls for someone who has an established network in the Healthcare sector, perhaps from previous experience working for such clients, or from serving as a client advisor, programme manager or senior project manager in connection with large Healthcare infrastructure projects. To be successful and thrive in this role we anticipate that you are a person who dares to challenge existing lines of thinking, who has an innovative mindset, and who inspires others to follow on the same trajectory.We imagine that the below requirements will resonate with you:Academic degree or equivalent experienceProfessional membership of relevant institutionSeveral years of experience with project and/or programme management in healthcareIn-depth understanding of the healthcare sector, including associated challenges and opportunitiesAn innovative mindset and urge to challenge yourself, the clients, and the sectorA passion for sustainability and a strong interest in driving change that underpin a sustainable transformation of societyBusiness acumen and ability to build strong relations with internal and external stakeholdersAn ability to collaborate across technical and geographical bordersEffective communication skills in EnglishJoin our Healthcare division – anchored locally with a global outlookIn our Healthcare global division, which we call our healthcare spearhead, we are leading large projects for clients within the Healthcare sector – most often in close collaboration with colleagues in other Ramboll markets, as well as colleagues in other countries. We are working with some of the key players within the Healthcare sector that share our vision of creating sustainable healthcare facilities were people and nature can flourish and that improve outcomes for the people who use them.Our portfolio includes clients within the public and private sector and ranges from Research/University Hospitals through Acute and General Hospitals to neighborhood, primary care and end of life or mental health care facilities – all-in-all a range of building typologies where we hold considerable technical and strategic expertise both locally and globally in Ramboll.Our multi-disciplinary teams assist our clients and external collaborators in all phases of a project – from developing business plans and strategic planning to selecting the right solution and all way through the execution of the project.As HealthcareSector Director, you will support the UK Healthcare Spearhead lead and have the strategic responsibility for developing and growing our services within the Healthcare sector.The role will includes building and maintaining trusting relationships withexisting and future clients,external collaborative partners andconnecting with colleagues in Rambollto ensure that we bring the best of our knowledgebase to the projects.Based on your extensive understanding of the healthcare sector, our client’s business, strategy, and the landscape they operate in, you will identify opportunities and address them with solutions that add value and demonstrate why we at Ramboll areThe Partner for Sustainable Change.You will be a significant contributor to the leadership/management group in our Healthcare division where you, together with the other Sector Discipline Leads, will contribute to setting the strategic priorities that will ensure our continuous growth.How to applyApply online.
