I am delighted to be recruiting for a Secretary to join a well known Legal organisation based in Newcastle. This organisation is looking for someone with strong secretarial abilities and previous experience in a similar role.
Your new role
As a secretary, you will be responsible for supporting various members of the team with a range of administrative tasks such as:

  • Liaising with a range of clients
  • Arranging travel and accommodation
  • Diary management
  • Preparing correspondence
  • File and document preparation
  • General administrative tasks


What you\'ll need to succeed

  • Excellent IT skills
  • Good organisation skills
  • Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • A positive 'can do' attitude
  • Ability to work as part of a team
