Seeking Secondary Teachers Who Desire Flexible Working Hours and Better Pay
Days: Start from 08:15 to 15:30 / Pay for Supply Cover (no planning or marking) will range from £150-£180 per day.
We are looking for experienced and confident secondary teachers to join our team of passionate educators. With Opogo, you'll have the flexibility to choose your own working schedule, receive higher pay rates, and work in fantastic schools across West London.
As a supply teacher, you'll have the opportunity to:
Cover for absent teachers, delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and ensuring that learning objectives are met.
Deliver engaging lessons that inspire and challenge pupils of all abilities.
Manage classroom behavior and keep pupils focused and motivated.
Work closely with school staff to ensure that pupils are progressing well.
Provide a safe and positive learning environment that promotes inclusion and diversity.
If you have experience working with secondary-aged pupils as a QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or ECT (Early Career Teacher), a passion for teaching, and the ability to confidently manage classrooms and behavior strategies, then we would love to hear from you.
