Secondary Supply Teachers Needed

Due to a high demand, Supply desk are currently looking for Supply Teacher/s in Great Missenden and surrounding areas.

Here at supply desk we are working with schools across Buckinghamshire and the surrounding areas assisting them with their supply teacher requirements and are proud to be working in Partnership with Local Education Authorities.

As a Supply Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work with pupils and help them grow and learn.

What we are looking for?

• Degree and QTS Desirable (Unqualified Teachers also welcome to apply DBS or the willingness to obtain one)
• Previous experience
• Able to provide two years’ worth of employment references.
• Positive and enthusiastic approach to education
• Able to commute Great Missenden and around the surrounding areas

Responsibilities:

• Making sure the pupils are receiving a high level of education and monitoring the pupil’s progression to understand how you will deliver each lesson
• Follow and implement the school’s policies and procedures on a daily basis.
• Work 1-1 with pupils, in small groups and helping with a class collectively to achieve their goals
• Helping students develop their skills while keeping them encouraged and engaged to learn in the classroom
• Lead lessons as a supply teacher and being able to adapt to each situation depending on what you are covering
