To support the supply need of St Cuthbert's RC High School, we are seeking Teaching Assistants who are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting Classroom Activities:
Assist the teacher in implementing individualized learning plans and adapting materials to meet the diverse needs of students with SEN.
One-on-One Support:
Provide focused support to students with specific learning needs, helping them overcome challenges and achieve academic and personal milestones.
Collaboration:
Work closely with teachers, parents, and external professionals to develop and implement effective strategies for supporting students with SEN.
Observation and Reporting:
Observe and record student progress, behaviours, and achievements, and communicate this information to the teaching team and parents regularly.
