Job Title: Secondary School Teacher



Location: North Tyneside

Hours: 8:00-16:00 full time



Key responsibilities:




  • Craft and execute engaging, adaptable lessons aligned with the national curriculum to meet diverse student needs.

  • Cultivate an inclusive and supportive learning environment fostering student confidence and participation.

  • Conduct ongoing assessment and progress monitoring, delivering constructive feedback and guidance to students.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to design comprehensive educational plans, resources, and assessment materials.

  • Implement effective classroom management strategies to promote a conductive learning atmosphere.

  • Maintain open lines of communication with students, parents, and colleagues to nurture positive relationships and enhance learning outcomes.

  • Actively engage in professional development activities, including staff meetings and training sessions.



Requirements:




  • Qualifies Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification recognised in the UK.

  • Proven experience teaching in Secondary education setting, preferably spanning multiple key stages.

  • Thorough understanding of the national curriculum and proficiency in innovative teaching methodologies.

  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students.

  • Dedication to continuous professional growth and reflective teaching.
