Secondary School Classroom Supervisor (Temporary)

Job Role –Cover Supervisor (Full Time / Part Time)
Pay Rate:
£100 to £110 a day depending on experience
Position Overview: As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the continuity of learning in the absence of regular teaching staff. Address any classroom behaviour issues and ensure adherence to school policies.
Maintain open and constructive communication with school staff, parents, and students.
Uphold the school's values and standards, ensuring a professional and respectful environment.
Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (preferred but not required).
Experience in classroom management, teaching, or working with secondary school students is desirable.
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for working with young people.
Flexibility and adaptability to handle various subject areas and teaching styles.
