Exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Science Teacher to join this vibrant Secondary School in Kensington & Chelsea as a Second in Charge of Science!

As Second in Charge of Science, you will play a key role in leading and managing the Biology department, and supporting the Head of Science in the planning and delivery of high-quality teaching and learning.
In addition to your teaching responsibilities, you will work closely with the Head of Science to develop and implement curriculum plans, and ensure that all schemes of work and lesson plans are effective and up-to-date. You will also assist with the coordination of departmental resources, and support the professional development of your colleagues through coaching, mentoring, and training.
The successful candidate will be an outstanding Science Teacher with a proven track record of raising standards and improving student outcomes. You will have a thorough understanding of the UK Science curriculum, as well as excellent subject knowledge and teaching skills. You will also be committed to delivering an inclusive and engaging learning experience for all your students, and be passionate about promoting a love of all aspects of Science.
