Amberes are exclusive with a fast-growing scale-up organisation that delivers SaaS solutions through an API-led product strategy, they are currently looking for an SDR Team Lead/SDR Manager to join their team. This is a high growth software company that has a product that businesses "need" not "want".
They are currently in the process of expanding their sales team and need an SDR Team Lead / SDR Manager to oversee the team. You will play a crucial role in expanding their customer base while working with B2B clients from various markets who wish to find the best technology-based solutions for their businesses.
What you will do:
Lead a team of SDRs (between 3 & 5 people initially) - Leading on boarding, training and 121s
Work closely with the Head of Sales to improve training and working processes
You’ll be provided with data, working closely with the Account Executives. Your main goal is to call and qualify leads and book discover calls for the AE.
This is a high energy role, quality cold calling is a main focus
Day-to-day activities will include setting and running sales calls, booking discovery calls for your Account Executives, speaking with prospects on LinkedIn and running email campaigns
You will be overachieving daily, weekly and monthly KPI’s to earn commission on top of your basic salary
What we are looking for:
18 months to 2 years in a Sales position, ideally with a SaaS organisation
Experience coaching / leading junior SDRs
Experience with tools such as: Hubspot, Cognism and Lusha would be ideal
Drive and motivation to be successful, this will be a high energy position where you are able to reap great rewards
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Good time management and analytical skills;
Good orientation in a fast-paced company and a can-do attitude
