6 month contract initially, £500pd outside IR35, Maidenhead 2 days per week, Current SC Clearance required
We are currently on the search for an experienced Scrum Master, to join one of our consultancy partners on a Government/Defence programme. The Scrum Master would be responsible for helping to build, lead and retain an in-house knowledge of Agile practices. The role will help bridge the gap between the engineering departments and the end user. The candidate will help to allow our client to build and expand their in-house development capability, to develop applications that are capable of operating at enterprise scale with significant transactions volumes and users. The Scrum Master will be an SME in all matters Agile and will be a confident advocate for Agile best working practices and principles.
Requirements:
3-5 years Scrum Master experience
Defence industry experience
Ability to coach people in Agile principles and standards
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.)
Ability to coach people in Agile principles and standards
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
