Are you a Scrum Master who relishes in the challenge of driving agility in an inexperienced team?
I’m working with a prominent business management firm which works with some of the world’s most renowned faces in the entertainment industry - think musical artists and sports personalities - in searching for a Scrum Master on a permanent basis to help make their UK team more agile, and drive the business forward.
The current team is an early stage of their agile journey, and this is where you’d come in. You would be using your experience in the coaching and mentoring of Agile values to lead a team of accounting specialists in their journey to Agile maturity! The opportunity exists to be an Agile evangelist across the whole organisation, spanning multiple continents!
This role is fully onsite in Central London, and the application process consists of 3 interviews.
