Job Description
Scrum Master
Up to £58,000 basic salary + Bonus
Leeds / hybrid - 2x a week

You will be working in a thriving Agile environment alongside talented software development teams to drive the delivery of multiple features and business values across multiple innovative work streams.
Scrum Master - What will I be doing?
You will be responsible for the coordination and activities of 3 small development teams. Facilitating daily scrums, refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
Supporting cross-functional squads coaching Agile principals
Working closely with other Agile Practise members to share ideas and collaborate on best practises to develop as a team
Supporting squads to meet their sprint goals and commitments, removing any blockers and escalating when necessary
Manage dependencies between squads by working closely with other squad scrum masters.
Improving operational efficiency's
Running detailed retrospectives within the squads
Scrum Master - Key Requirements
Understanding of technical disciplines and the ability to work with technical stakeholders
Strong experience and knowledge of a wide variety of Agile / Scrum tools and frameworks, including User Stories, Continuous Integration, etc.
Strong servant leadership skills working collaboratively to address any challenges or blockers
Must be able to show passion and enthusiasm for Agile Principals and motivating teams
Ability to lead, coach, and mentor software development teams across the full delivery life cycle
Excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence key stakeholders up to a senior level
Any formal Agile / Scrum Master training or qualifications would be advantageous
Previous experience working within the financial/insurance sector would be beneficial
