POSITION:
As a Scrum Master,

Your role ensures the delivery of
state-of-the-art
software solutions, driving customer satisfaction and business growth. By championing agile practices,
you’ll
foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Uphold an in-depth knowledge of Gladstone’s extensive product suite, always a step ahead in a competitive landscape
Drive continuous improvement,
eliminating
waste, and
optimiSing
processes
Coach and mentor teams in agile frameworks, enhancing collaboration and efficiency
Facilitate agile ceremonies, ensuring clear goals and deliverables
Resolve impediments, safeguarding sprint goals and timelines
Collaborate on story refinement and backlog management for precise product development
Coordinate release planning, keeping stakeholders aligned and informed
Engage with strategic industry relationships to further product innovation.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in fast-paced SaaS environments, ideally within leisure management
Agile, Lean, and Design Thinking
expertise
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with a history of driving process improvements
Outstanding communication skills, embodying our core values
A proactive approach to building relationships at all organisational levels
Experience with customer interaction and understanding user needs
