Location: Winsford Industrial Estate

Pay Rate: �11.44 per hour, paid weekly

Shift: Monday-Friday, 07:30-16:30

Employment Type: Temp to Perm

Our client is a dynamic company with two primary divisions: Production and Distribution. The Production team focuses on printing clothing and accessories, while the Distribution team handles items such as games, DVDs, LEGOs, and collectibles. Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Screenprint Operative to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating the screenprint carousel and will be involved in all stages of the print process, from the dark room to the dryer, and finally, folding and packing the items.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the screenprint carousel efficiently and safely.


• Participate in all steps of the print process, including preparation in the dark room, drying, and folding/packing of items.


• Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail throughout the production process.


• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.


• Adhere to all safety and operational procedures.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience in print production is highly preferred; however, production experience in any industry will be considered.


• Excellent attention to detail.


• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.


• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in screen printing.
