Job Title: Scientist - Next Generation Sequencing and Molecular Biology

T-Cypher Bio is seeking a highly motivated scientist with a strong sequencing and molecular biology background to advance our platform. The primary focus of this role will be to execute on existing Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) pipelines for TCR discovery and develop novel sequencing methodologies to increase throughput. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a strong understanding of NGS and molecular based methods.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute NGS-based library builds, nucleic acid quantifications and short read sequencing experiments
Implement established single cell RNA sequencing and multiomics protocols
Design NGS runs, while also running and maintaining sequencing instruments
