Scientist (AUC Specialist)

Exciting opportunity to join a world-leading Bio-pharmaceutical company that specialises in developing therapeutic platforms for immunology and neurology.

As a Scientist (AUC Specialist) in the Protein Characterisation Team, you will develop, implement and conduct bioanalytical assay techniques such as analytical ultracentrifugation (sv-AUC) of proteins and biochemicals to support the development of novel protein therapeutics. You will complete sample preparation, assay/instrument troubleshooting and will maintain accurate records and contribute to regulatory submissions, protocols and reports.

The ideal candidate will have:

• PhD in relevant subject or BSc/MSc plus significant postgraduate experience


• Excellent knowledge of protein chemistry


• Experience with technique such as sv-AUC, HPLC, spectroscopy
