Specific experience includes demonstrated laboratory planning and research buildings experience in the College and University, Governmental, or private research environmentA portfolio of completed, relevant projects attributable directly to the candidate. Projects should be relevant to the strategic goals and objectives of Perkins and Will and the Science and Technology practiceStrong written and verbal skills; articulate and a convincing presenterProven and verifiable experience in identifying leads, building a network, and producing quality projectsUnderstands project financial management and contract administration, including project coordination, budgeting, and scheduling, and contract negotiationsAdvanced knowledge of design process, construction documentation, construction administration, and materialsBasic project management software skillsAbility to direct, mentor, and coordinate work efforts of the project team; Good team player who shares opportunities and understands own limitations; a proven record of placing team goals above ownCollaborative and professional work ethic, leads by example, motivating project teamsQualified and interested candidates should submit a resume and work samples.
