Science Technician required. 

A reputable Secondary School in Barnsley is looking for an enthusiastic, and committed Science Technician The school are seeking to appoint a Science Technician to join their team who can provide high-quality support and assistance to the Science Department so that learning and teaching can be of the highest possible standard.

The Science Technician’s responsibilities include;

• Preparation of equipment and tools to support the curriculum development and maintenance of workshop tools, alongside Health and Safety regulations
• Experience using equipment
• The ideal Science Technician will have the ability to work to tight deadlines, using initiative and remaining calm under pressure
• Will have high professional standards and the ability to work as part of a team, demonstrating a helpful attitude towards both staff and students
