Instructional Responsibilities

1. Curriculum Delivery: Develop and deliver engaging science lessons aligned with the curriculum standards and educational goals.
2. Lesson Planning: Create detailed lesson plans that include a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.
3. Assessment: Design and administer assessments to evaluate student understanding and progress. Provide timely feedback and grades.
4. Practical Experiments: Organize and supervise laboratory experiments, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
5. Resource Management: Utilize and manage educational resources, including textbooks, digital tools, and laboratory equipment.

1. Learning Environment: Create and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
2. Discipline: Implement classroom rules and manage student behavior effectively.
3. Safety: Ensure a safe learning environment, especially in the laboratory, by teaching and enforcing safety procedures.

1. Individualized Instruction: Identify students' individual learning needs and provide additional support or enrichment as needed.
2. Mentorship: Act as a mentor and advisor, offering guidance on academic and personal issues.
3. Extracurricular Activities: Lead or participate in science-related extracurricular activities, such as science clubs, fairs, or competitions.
