We are working in partnership with an Ofsted 'Good' Secondary school in West Leicestershire who are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Science Teacher to start on 1st May. This is a full-time position until the end of the academic year. To be successful, you will be a Science Teacher with recent experience teaching across Key Stage 3 and 4.

Job Description

• Delivering engaging Science lessons to students in Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Planning and preparing schemes of work, lesson plans, and assessments.
• Monitoring student progress and providing feedback.
• Contributing to the development of the department's curriculum.
• Participating in extracurricular activities such as sports clubs and school trips.

Person Specification

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in a Science or related field
• Recent experience teaching Science at secondary school level.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff members
