Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Business Partner (aspirant Deputy CEO) who will be responsible for overseeing and personally delivering HR and Employment Law consultancy, GDPR, and Occupational Health advisory and management services. The Senior Business Partner will ideally be based in the NW, and work principally from home. The day-to-day responsibilities of this role include working within and providing oversight and leadership to a team of HR and Employment Law Consultants to schools and ensuring compliance with GDPR and Occupational Health regulations, working closely with school and MAT leaders, reviewing policies and contracts, and handling day to day as well as complex employee relations, HR and employment law issues.
Qualifications
Expertise in GDPR and Occupational Health management
Experience in HR, employment law management and employee relations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Knowledge of own limits and desire to grow professionally
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Significant senior experience in the schools/education sector is a must
Bachelor’s or preferably Master's degree in HR, Employment law, or OH Management or relevant field experience
CIPD or similar certification is a plus
