We are looking for a candidate with experience in a school setting, site management experience is not required but it is preferable. Some of the main responsibilities include:To be responsible for the property and asset management of the school.To liaise regularly with the Head Teacher on caretaking and site management issues.To be responsible for health and safety compliance.To maintain the internal and external fabric of the school's premises as a safe working environment.To manage the caretaking and cleaning staff of the school.To ensure the security of the school premises.To maintain any machinery or plant within the school.School Facilities Manager - information about the schoolThis role will be in a two-form primary school based in the London Borough of Haveering and we are looking for a friendly and reliable Facilities Manager to join the site team and help maintain a safe and presentable environment for both students and staff.The school will consider those with notice periods also, so please do not hesitate to reply if you think you may be suitable for this role.
