I am looking for a School Administration Manager who can do a temporary to permanent role, so you would need to be available immediately.
Your duties will include:
Dealing with the school Finance Provide financial leadership and professional financial management for the school, including that of its extended facilities in accordance with the Academies Financial Handbook and administering payroll and pension-related functions.Deliver comprehensive financial planning, ensure robust financial systems and controls to safeguard finances and ensure efficiency and value for money (Management Accounts) .Dealing with any HR queries such as Payroll, starter and leaver packsEstablishing and maintaining good relationships with all students, parents/carers, colleagues, suppliers, contractors and other professionals.Making sure that all communication with governors, professional bodies, outside agencies, are handled in a professional manorImplementing and reviewing administrative procedures and systems, by putting in place necessary controls and ensuring they comply with policies and procedures.
