BHCC: External Job introductionPaid weeks per year:47.57 (inclusive of holiday entitlement)Due to the retirement of our existing Schools Business Manager, the Governors wish to appoint a Business Manager to join our team from September 2024. We are looking for someone hardworking, enthusiastic, and works well as part of a team - striving for excellence.The Business Manager will take the strategic lead for financial and budgetary management, human resources management, business and administration management, premises, health and safety, and IT.The School Business Manager will work closely with the Headteacher, Governors, Senior leadership team and the Local Authority to ensure efficient and effective services throughout the school.The School offers a supportive and innovative environment where there is a strong focus on promoting our school values and welcoming culture.About the roleWe are looking for someone who:• has excellent interpersonal skills;• is resilient and can work calmly under pressure;• is highly motivated, friendly, committed and brings energy and humour to work;• has a proven track record of leading and managing all aspects of business management.We are proud of the offer we provide to our team.
