At Elmwood Primary School, we are recruiting a School Business Manager for our lovely school! Are you looking for a new challenge? Do you hold the skills to lead and manage the strategy and operation of the business functions of our school?Elmwood Primary School is a two-form entry school with happy, fun-loving and enthusiastic pupils and staff and we are now looking for an exceptional Business Manager to join our team and work with us to continue school improvement.Therefore, if you are a skilled, enthusiastic and experienced professional looking to join a dedicated team who are committed to ensuring that the children at Elmwood Primary School can flourish in every aspect of their school life, you could be the person we are looking for to become our new Business Manager.The post is for 32 hours (Flexible working) per weekScale 8 (This can be negotiated depending on the experience of the candidate)You will need:• A caring and enthusiastic approach to children, families, staff and our wider community.• Experience of successful school finance management.• A proven track record of excellent leadership and effective teamwork.• A flexible, energetic, analytical and creative approach.• Drive and determination to secure the resources necessary to provide our children with enriching experiences for every aspect of their school life.• Clear thinking, with an ability to use systems effectively to deliver great outcomes.Please read the attached Job Description and Person Specification for more detail.We welcome candidates for tours of our school.
