School Administrator required in Widnes
Days: Monday - Friday

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and experienced School Administrator to work at one of our brillant schools.. The successful candidate must have previous adminstration experience ideally in an educational setting as they will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of the school's administrative functions.
Responsibiltiies
- General Administration: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
- Student Records: Maintain student records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date, including attendance records and contact information.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between staff, students, and parents, providing excellent customer service and clear communication.
- Data Entry: Input and manage data using various school management systems.
- Support Staff: Assist teaching and support staff with administrative tasks as needed.
Person specification
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Requirements:
- Previous Administrative Experience: Ideal candidates will have prior administrative experience, preferably in an educational setting.
- Enhanced DBS: A current enhanced DBS check on the update service is required.
- References: Minimum of two references covering the most recent 24 months of employment.
- Right to Work in the UK: Candidates must have the legal right to work in the UK.
