To support our growing school, we are seeking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic School Administrator (Receptionist) to join our successful school team.
The Westminster School is an Outstanding Special School catering for 250 pupils with moderate learning difficulties aged 7 to 19 years.
The successful candidate will work under the guidance of the School Business Manager and other members of the school’s leadership team.
We are seeking a highly organised, IT literate individual with extensive administration experience with GSCE Maths and English at Grade C. This role is fast-paced and multi-faceted, so the ideal candidate must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and work well under pressure. School experience is not essential as a proven background in a different setting will be considered.
You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative duties, which include welcoming all visitors to the school, answering all calls and a broad range of administrative tasks. This is a hands-on role working to established processes/procedures without close supervision, other than that provided through working arrangements, methods and procedures. The position requires strong multitasking skills to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. A flexible approach to this role is essential to ensure the demands of the school are met.

The Westminster School is an Outstanding School for students aged 7-19 with moderate learning difficulties plus additional needs.
