SC/DV Service Transition Manager - 6 Months (forecasted till March 2025)Hybrid (London) - OUTSIDE IR35 - £400-450IO Associates have an opportunity for an SC/DV Service Transition Manager on an initial 6-month basis (the project has been forecasted until March 2025 so highly likely to extend!). The IT Consultancy work predominantly with government clients.They are needing someone who is currently responsible for documenting AiS artefacts and managing through the Service Acceptance process. You will be creating templates and content as well as working across multiple deliveries concurrently.They need someone to start immediately. You will be required to be onsite in London 3 days per week with the occasional trip to client sites. The contract is Outside IR35.Requirements:Extensive experience in Service management.ITIL Framework - ITIL c3 qualified (Service Design and Transition Lifecycle/Capabilities or equivalent.Risk management experienceTeam player as well as an experienced process ownerGreat communicator, good influencer, able to track performance, puts the customer first always and can create solutions.Experienced with Service Management tools.ACTIVE SC or DV clearance (DV clearance would be ideal!)This is an urgent requirement.
