We passionately believe that those who have had time away, for whatever reason, can bring skills and experience that will strengthen, enhance, and diversify our teams.Workingwith our key clients in the defence sector you will be developing and deploying canvas and model-driven PowerApps that meet the business requirements and user needs, you will therefore need to hold or have previously SC Clearance alongside experience with:Creating and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights and data visualisationIntegrating Power Apps and Power BI with various data sources, such as Microsoft Dataverse, SQL Server, SharePoint, etc.Applying UI/UX design principles and best practices to ensure a consistent and user-friendly experience across the Power Platform solutionsTroubleshooting and resolving any issues or errors related to the Power Platform solutionsCollaborating with other consultants, developers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure the quality and delivery of the Power Platform solutionsProviding training and support to the end-users on how to use the Power Platform solutionsEnhancing our PowerPlaform practice and methodologiesStrong knowledge of and experience using Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BIPower Platform relevant Microsoft certifications, such as PL-100, PL-200, PL-300.Previous experience as a PowerApp Developer or similar role in a consulting environmentProficient in creating canvas and model-driven PowerApps using various controls, formulas, functions, etc.Experience in UI/UX design and usability principles for mobile and web applicationsUnderstanding of data integration concepts and ability to connect to various data sources using connectors, gateways, etc.Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse and how to use it to store and manage data for the Power Platform solutionsDemonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skillsExcellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively at all levels, within the organisation, and with partners and suppliersThe benefits we offer include:structured learning and development sessions throughout your programmesupport to become professionally qualifiedaccess to a range of online learning toolspensionemployee assistance programmeseason ticket loanability to buy or sell annual leave dayscompany social eventssports team membershipcycle to work scheme.Please be aware that we recruit on a rolling basis so it is important to apply as early as possible.In some regional roles being able to drive will be necessary due to the location of client offices.
