Strong experience of 'hands on' SuccessFactors Performance and Goals Management configuration, and knowledge and experience of integration into the rest of the SuccessFactors suite.. Ability to plan, prepare and deliver design and playback workshops. Guide the customer on SF talent best practice and innovations, whilst being up to date with the SuccessFactors product roadmap. Ability to communicate effectively and manage a broad set of stakeholders at all levels within a client's organization. Lead the PMGM workstream across all phases of the project, working flexibly and incorporating a multi location delivery model. Certification in SuccessFactors PMGM and other talent modules.
